SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Fluent in English
• Experience with computers
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (or the Google Suite equivalent of this)
• Experience with SEO and internet marketing
• Experience with computer programming and some basic IT skills needed
COMPUTER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
• Ethernet Connection (with strong, high-speed internet) (No Wi-Fi, please)
• Minimum 16GB of RAM
• Minimum processor speed: 2.80 GHz
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Data Scrubbing: involves cleaning up and eliminating (scrubbing) unwanted property records from a data set. This is done for a real estate company and involves meticulously looking at a satellite-view map of properties from one of our data provider’s websites and quickly recognizing which properties are good and which are not and therefore need to be scrubbed (removed) from the data set. This is also called “Map Scrubbing”. Training is provided on how to do this.
• Must be able and willing to work long hours in front of a computer.
• Must be willing to take IQ and Personality tests as a part of interview and screening process.
• Must be willing to meet hourly/daily/weekly production quotas.
• Must be willing to clock in and out of a VA tracking site that tracks and monitors your activity and periodically takes screenshots of your screen to make sure you are staying on track.
• [For Later] Although Data Scrubbing is our entry level job we are hiring for at the moment, we have many other positions and job-types we will need workers for at a later time including market research, sales, general administrative work, transaction coordinator, and management positions.
JOB HOURS AND TERM:
• Term: Long Term. (Minimum 6-month commitment requested)
• Hours: Part-Time. Entry level position is only part-time, but there will be opportunities for increased hours at a later time.
