Virtual Assistant

Hi there! I am offering a unique opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented female virtual assistant with a passion for the healing arts, therapy, holistic healing, and alternative therapies. The ideal candidate possesses excellent English (speaking and writing) skills and a keen interest in various healing modalities and practices. She should be GENUINELY interested in this field, and eager to learn.

The role involves diverse tasks that encompass event management, including posting event details on platforms like Eventbrite and Meetup, proficiency in email marketing tools such as Flodesk for scheduling and organizing emails, adept social media management on platforms (Instagram), and editing videos for online classes, IG content, and reels.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role entails conducting research and outreach to identify strategic collaborators and potential podcast opportunities, both for featuring guests on the employer’s podcast and securing appearances on compatible podcasts. Knowledge or willingness to learn podcast audio editing is beneficial.

Furthermore, the position includes tasks like editing and uploading content to Circle, an online membership & learning platform.

The assistant will be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

An added advantage would be possessing a refined eye for design aesthetics and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content, as well as audio editing programs for capturing audio clips from my podcast for use on social media. This multifaceted role offers the chance to contribute to various aspects of content creation, marketing, and operational procedures in a fun and inspiring environment.

Wherever there is a skill not yet possessed by the applicant, an eagerness to learn is an absolutely necessity. We are happy to help our new assistant learn and develop her professional skills, however, this roll requires engaged problem-solving and initiative to learn and master skills you don’t yet have.
