Virtual Assistant – Space Marketing is a fractional marketing company dedicated to working with B2B companies to build their authority, professionalise their brand and manage/build their database – so that they can win contracts and attract better and more profitable clients. Our process includes Discovery, Planning and Execution.

We strive to:
Provide end to end solutions so that we can offer a complete marketing solution.
Creative solutions to communicating their business to their exact target market.
Provide clients with a better marketing solution than they currently have, could imply in-house or from an agency.

We specialise in, but are not limited to, the B2B building services contract market and our clients typically have over 20 employees and do not have a dedicated in-house marketing resource.

Space Marketing is looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to become a remote but integral part of our team as part of our growth plans.

This position is 25 hours/week. Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day. Preferred to have overlap with New Zealand time

Reports to Managing Director.

Monthly tasks include:
Social media scheduling, drafting (for approval) and posting.
Onboarding new clients against checklist
Case study compilation
Client photos sourcing, re-sizing, compressing and filing of images for website, social media, blog post and newsletter
SEO tasks
Draft client email newsletters in Mailchimp and GHL
Manage and segment Space customer database
Send out client monthly maintenance notice??emails and monthly reports
Organise copy and photo content for new websites to match sitemaps
Complete website prelaunch checklist

Qualities we are looking for:

• English fluency
• At least 5+ years experience with virtual assistant work
• A free thinker, willing to look for answers
• Confidence in organisation, details, and communication
• A team player who is happy working in a small team of people
• Strong communication skills
• Responsive: Quick with??email and chat communication

Preferred excellent/expert knowledge of:
ClickUp
Canva
Google docs
It is also beneficial but not essential to have knowledge of:
WordPress/Divi
Go High Level
Wisestamp

Special requirements:
• A computer that is two years old or less
• Your own Internet connection and some kind of backup internet
• Have a headset or microphone
