The Role:

As a Virtual Assistant to the SC Team, you play a key role in the functioning of an international operational business. You are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting workflow and quality standards. You will support the department with administrative tasks such as data entry, creating and sending documents and supporting the SC Team as they support our clients. You enjoy working with people and pay attention to detail in order to maintain high standards. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and gain experience through remote work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Communication & Marketing Support
– Create email campaigns in Keap CRM
– Creating marketing documents in Canva
– Creating and formatting presentations in Canva for monthly meetings

Database Management
– Manage Infusionsoft database input and accuracy for SC team
– Manage Google Workspace
– Improve overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes and bring them to your manager.

Compliance
– Check compliance documents for accuracy and contact candidates for incomplete or missing documents
– Communicate with candidates and hold them accountable to document deadlines
– Assist candidates with formatting documents and upload
– Monitor progress for document submissions on excel sheet and in CRM
– Reference verification via email outreach

Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Experience with a CRM software such as Keap, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, Pandadocs or similar software.
Proven ability to work as a team player and a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a virtual environment via telecommute over high speed internet access in a quiet and protected workspace free from background noise such that the performance of duties is done in the most professional manner.
Consistent, positive attitude.
