Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Client Acquisition, Support & Growth Initiatives

Location: Remote

About Us:
We are a budding financial record-keeping business, currently in our foundational stages with zero clients. However, our vision is expansive. We aim to grow rapidly and make significant strides in the industry. As the founder, I’m currently juggling two jobs, and I’m seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to be the backbone of our operations, helping to get the business off the ground and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Engagement:

Optimize and manage the LinkedIn profile for maximum visibility.
Send personalized connection requests to potential leads.
Engage with content from potential clients and industry leaders to increase brand visibility.
Email Marketing:

Draft, schedule, and send outreach emails to potential leads.
Manage and segment the email list for targeted campaigns.
Monitor responses and categorize leads based on interest level.
Facebook Community Engagement:

Participate in relevant Facebook communities, engaging in discussions, answering questions, and subtly promoting our services.
Share valuable content and insights to position our brand as an industry expert.
Data Entry & Research:

Input and manage data related to leads, clients, and campaigns.
Conduct research to identify potential leads, market trends, and industry insights.
Personal Tasks:

Assist with various personal tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and update a CRM system with lead and client information.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain organized digital records.
Educational Growth:

Engage in educational content, such as Google Sheets training, marketing courses, etc., to enhance skills and contribute more effectively to the business. (Costs covered by the company.)
Paid Time Off (PTO):

While we don’t have a formal PTO policy, time off requests will be considered based on business needs and approved accordingly.
Qualifications:

No high school diploma required, but candidates should be eager to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Facebook.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A genuine hunger to grow with the business and be part of our long-term vision.

Please note that we are looking for somebody to work from 20-40 hours a week. Pay will be based on experience.
