Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant who specializes in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, skilled in editing various types of media, knowledgeable about social media management, and proficient in digital marketing strategies. This position requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with our audience effectively.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Create engaging and high-quality content for various platforms including videos, podcasts, blog posts, and social media.
Develop creative concepts, posts, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit videos and podcasts using software such as CapCut or other preferred tools to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our social media presence across platforms with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.
Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Increase organic followers, engagements, page reach, and brand awareness through various strategies:
Gain organic followers by targeting relevant hashtags, competitors, and locations.
Like and interact with photos using hashtags, competitors’ accounts, and locations.
Comment on related posts and watch stories to increase engagement.
Unfollow users who don’t engage back to maintain an active follower base.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize content performance.
Digital Marketing:
Create and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and adjust targeting and budgets as needed to maximize ROI.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation, video editing, social media management, and digital marketing.
Proficiency in video and photo editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc or whichever tool you’re comfortable with.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, and their algorithms.
Experience creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with podcast production and editing (preferred).
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc. (preferred).
Passion for the subject matter and industry related to our brand (preferred).

Work Schedule:
Australian Time: Canberra (GMT+10)
Part-time, 5-10 hours per week and is expected to increase to 15-20 hours on a regular basis after 3 months of working with us.

This is a remote position. The successful candidate will work closely with our director to contribute to the growth and success of our business.
