RESPONSIBILITIES
HR + Recruiting Support
-Data entry for personnel files in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
-Send communication to applicants
-Uploading resumes to ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
-Support with performance review data entry and reporting
-Compiling interview and hiring reports
Managing Director Support
-A/R report weekly audit
-Cross-checking expense report line items with receipts
-New client & procurement process forms
-Agency goals scorecard maintenance
Creative Services Support
-Creating budget spreadsheets
-Creating and updating spreadsheet to track timelines for projects
Other responsibilities related to admin assistance and data entry may arise and will be communicated.
KEYS TO SUCCESS
Proficient in excel – putting together reports
Autonomously work on projects
Communicate with HR Manager proactively and provide updates on project status
Comfortable asking questions as need to ensure work is accurate
REQUIREMENTS
10-15 Hours/Week flex to 30 Hours (contract)
Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Strong organizational and administrative skills
