Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Virtual Assistant to join our team at Lovitt by Design, LLC. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by helping us gather property information, generate leads, and create marketing materials. Your efforts will contribute directly to our business’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Research:
• Conduct online research on various real estate platforms, including Click to view, to find home listings suitable for our home staging services.
• Extract relevant information from these listings and enter it into our Home Staging Assistant program.
2. Lead Generation:
• Investigate local real estate market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Compile a list of real estate agents and agencies to contact for potential collaboration.
• Maintain a database of potential leads with their contact information.
3. Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating marketing materials for campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using online research tools and real estate listing websites.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools) for marketing materials.
