Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this 🙂 I am a singer (on sites like Fiverr) and part of my job is recording for clients (from my home studio) who need singers for their projects. I am looking for help with searching for and keeping up with clients. I need help with things like: marketing, searching for new clients (cold emailing and keeping up with the correspondence), emailing past clients to ask if they have any new projects they’re working on that they need a singer for, maintaining an excel document detailing information about each client, maybe helping me come up with new ideas of how I can gain more clients, etc. Is this something you are interested in and think you are able to help me with effectively? I’m looking for someone who is a self-starter, mutual respect, familiar with customer service, a good communicator (I am all about communication and making sure we are on the same page), a hard worker, a good negotiator, fast working (since I hope to get a lot accomplished in the 2 hours a day), someone who can come up with ideas of where to find more clients online that may need to hire a singer, someone who may even have better ideas about how I am going about finding clients/working with clients, etc. Experience in business a plus.

This is my first time working with an assistant, so we will be learning together as we go 🙂 I am thinking of starting at 2 hours/day, 4-5 days a week, for $10 an hour, I am not yet sure what will be most effective

A basic assignment for applicants: if your assignment was to find more clients that need a singer, how would you go about finding them and how would you be proactive about closing a sale?
