Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our property wholesaling team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct cold calls to potential leads, set follow-up appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry, and must have access to a computer and a designated workspace from home.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound cold calls to prospective leads using provided scripts and templates.
2. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and update lead database accordingly.
3. Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for wholesaling agents.
4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation.
6. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving cold calling scripts and processes.
7. Collaborate closely with the wholesaling team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing, with a proven track record of success.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Proficiency in using a computer and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
6. High-speed internet connection and a designated workspace from home conducive to making calls.
7. Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working as a virtual assistant or in a remote role.
2. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.
3. Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
4. Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
