Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website creation, SEO, Canva graphic design, and social media management. This is a remote position offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain websites using various platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
Design engaging and visually appealing graphics using Canva for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop and schedule social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in website creation and maintenance using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficient in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:
