We are an international online marketing business based in Israel, seeking a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, detail-oriented, and capable of following precise instructions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Google Docs and MS Office software, and willing to learn new tools and systems as needed. The position requires a high level of personal communication and English proficiency.

The position requires being able to follow instructions precisely while alerting when something is changed or modified.

We will provide you with the necessary training and support for you to succeed.

As a general VA, your responsibilities will include the following:

Following step-by-step SOPs that will instruct you to fulfill different tasks including (but not only):

-Generating Excels
-Generating Words
-Working with AI tools
-Creating blog posts on WordPress sites

Position requirements:

-High level of personal communication.
-Reading, writing & speaking English at a high level.
-Capable of following precise instructions and alerting when something is changed.
-Skillful with Google Docs & MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Willing to learn new tools, software, and systems.
-Hard-working, fast with computers & internet tasks.
-High sense of responsibility.
-Fully committed
-Full-time job

Advantage:
-2+ years experience as a VA working remotely
-Dealing with multiple tasks
-Experience with WordPress

Additional requirements:
-Working from Sunday to Thursday
-Working from 11:00 – 19:00 GMT+8 (Manila local time)
