We are growing quickly and in need of someone special to fill a role as a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT on our team to help us with OUTBOUND MARKETING THROUGH INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK, AND OTHER PLATFORMS TO PROMOTE OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Every day we get to work with our clients who are leaders in their field and we are deeply committed to getting them results. We help them with their mental and emotional health, their mindset, their relationships, and more! It’s fun, and different every day. We’re very grateful for how much we’ve grown and the amount of clients we get to work with. Now we need to expand our team and add someone for this position (hopefully you?) to continue the journey together.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful at this job, here are some things we are looking for in our ideal person:
Learn how to discern whether a profile is a good prospect for our business based on the criteria provided. For example, we will have a large list of profiles and one of the criteria may be “woman leader”. This means you will need to look at their profile and see if they are a fit or not based on what they post.
Log into each of our social media accounts to send out new messages (and respond to old messages) using scripts that we provide for you and track the progress of these messages in our software.
Each social media platform has messaging limitations or else our accounts can be banned, so it is very important to be aware of these daily and stay below them.
Additionally, the messages are ideally sent spaced out during our working hours in our time zone (and not yours). For example, LinkedIn frowns upon messages sent during non-business hours because it is an indicator of spamming.
Working hours – We are based in the Eastern time zone (UTC/GMT -5 hours). Although you don’t need to work 100% within our working hours of 9 AM – 6 PM, it’s helpful if there is some overlap for the above reason so that we can communicate synchronously as well as with the people you message. Otherwise, we will have slow and long conversations that take days instead of hours.
Expected number of hours to work – You will work 3 hours a day Monday through Friday.
You will need decent English comprehension. Although we have scripts for you to copy and paste, the better applicants for this job will understand English well so that if the conversation goes off the script, you can understand and learn what to do (we will coach you).
Based on the above, this job is a good fit for you if you are friendly and customer service oriented, enjoy reaching out and talking to people so that we can help them through our business, and social media, are tech-savvy, and are not easily discouraged if you receive any negative responses from the outreach messages because you will.

Flexible hours – You can make your schedule and do things like drop your kids off at school and then start work (and later pick them up).
Working remotely – You can work from anywhere in the world, on any continent. We don’t have a physical office that you must dress up and enter every day. Just weekly Zoom meetings.
Ongoing training and self-development – One of the things we believe in is investing in our team members. We understand working with us likely isn’t your last destination (although we love working with fantastic people as long as possible), but we want to help train you to become better at what you do, which sets us up together for success now and sets you up for success if/when you move on.
Promoting from within – Our business is growing rapidly and whenever we have a position to fill, we always look within our team first. Who better than someone who has already worked with us? We love it when we can promote someone on our team so they can have more leadership and responsibility and make more money.
You will be paid based on commission: $30 per person who qualifies and registers for the free virtual event, and a $150 bonus per enrollment into the 6-month program. This is the starting pay and it will increase based on your performance. Payment is in CAD.
This is currently a part-time position, but we would love to find and work with someone who we can grow into a full-time position where you can receive a consistent full-time salary for your family plus bonuses.
