Roles and Responsibilities

As a Freelance Virtual Assistant, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning of our eLearning company. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

Crafting government Tender Applications with precision and attention to detail.
Managing and scheduling meetings, ensuring effective coordination and timely reminders.
Compiling and organising customer spreadsheets, maintaining accurate online records.
Creating compelling presentations and brochures as directed by the team.
Undertaking email outreach using provided templates, researching potential clients’ contact details on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Developing Sales brochures and presentation pitch decks aligned with brand colours and product messaging.
Drafting Statements of Work using templates, incorporating job descriptions, timelines, and deliverables.
Participating in meetings as a minute taker, recording key discussions and decisions.
Assisting with minor bookkeeping tasks such as tracking monthly Profit and Loss, matching receipts to expenses, and managing VAT payments.
Enhancing workflow processes on Google Forms to ensure efficiency..
Handling certain in-house project management tasks, including timeline creation and updates.

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role, showcasing your ability to manage diverse tasks.
Familiarity with modern technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP communication tools.
Proficiency in word-processing software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Office).
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.
Superior time management abilities, ensuring efficient task execution within given deadlines.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain order.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are advantageous.
3+ years Virtual Assistant Experience
