As my Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in this exciting growth phase, providing essential support to streamline operations and enhance productivity. This position offers a unique opportunity to be my right hand, directly impacting our success as we build out multiple offers. You’ll have exclusive access to tools and communications, acting as the liaison with my team of up to 6 staff, all while working closely with me to automate and optimize our sales process.
Role Description:
You will manage a diverse set of tasks focusing on:
Daily updating of multiple reports and Google Sheets.
Creating and managing daily and weekly reports to track sales and marketing performance.
Assisting with pipeline management and sales funnel checks.
Communicating on my behalf with the team to keep operations smooth and efficient.
This role supports me in completing and overseeing numerous tasks that enhance our team’s performance.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
Fluent in English, with excellent grammar and texting skills this is crucial! (A bonus would be good verbal English)
Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
Proficient in creating and updating reports.
Excellent time management.
Access to high-speed internet and up-to-date technological equipment.
A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Strong work ethic, hunger to develop skills, and increase earning potential.
