Company: I am a small business owner with a successful e-commerce Etsy store selling personalized lasercut and engraved signs and decor. I specialize in creating aesthetic products especially for babies and children and their milestones including monthly milestone markers, first birthday signs, nursery signs, school signs, etc. All the products are personally designed by me in Adobe Illustrator and my brand is known for its very specific aesthetic style.

Vision: I plan to expand onto Shopify and Amazon. As the company grows, I want the team member to grow into a managerial position and handle the e-commerce side of the business.

Seeking: A full time team member that is self-driven, motivated, eager to learn, a quick learner, pays attention to details, loyal and desiring a stable job. You will handle customer messages, posting new product listings, processing orders, Pinterest marketing, data research and reports (sales report, product database, etc), new product research, social media engagement, etc. These tasks are responsibilities that need to be fulfilled at this moment, and may evolve as the company grows.

Business hours: Monday-Friday from 9AM – 5PM PST. I am located in California, USA.

Salary: Starting at $300/month and paid bi-weekly during 3-months probation period. Salary will be re-negotiated upon evaluation after 3 months probation.

Trial period: One week of tasks handling customer messages, processing orders, data compilation and Pinterest marketing. Salary is $75 for this trial period.

Perks: There is room to grow and this job is fairly flexible. If you are self-driven, a quick learner, and pay attention to detail…this job will not be challenging at all. Once you are onboarded and past the probation period, you are welcome to work at your own time, however, certain tasks must be finished at a specific time. For example, orders must be processed by 9AM the following next day and customer messages must be answered within 24 hours during our business hours. As a e-commerce business, you can work on your phone through the apps, and other tasks may require you to be in front of a computer but you will not be chained to your desk answering live chat messages or handling live calls. As long as you complete your tasks and do it properly, I do not micromanage as that is not the company culture I want to cultivate.
