Design Source Media is a tech company that happens to build WordPress Websites for marketing agencies, professional speakers, and small businesses.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant that can free up the President to focus on marketing and business development.

We have built great relationships with our hundreds of clients over the last 12 years, and the President needs help managing this schedule, meeting notes, research, and content creation.

This is a remote or work from home role and would ideally suit someone wanting to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. This would be a night shift (9PM – 6AM PH Time) because our clients are in the US.

You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our audience and become an integral part of our small creative team.

You should have excellent people skills, integrity, and attention to detail, as well as a proactive mindset.

You’ll report directly to the President.

Responsibilities
Your job will be to use your past experience to:
Be the gatekeeper to the President’s time
Respond to emails on behalf of the President
Research and create an initial draft to help the president create YouTube content
Assist the President in managing and delegating his work
Delegate client requests for extra design, development or maintenance work to relevant team members
Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow

Experience
You should have past experience working with executive team/business owners on assisting their day-to-day work and protecting their time.

You should be experienced in producing written content. Such as, writing emails, writing YouTube scripts, creating presentations, etc.

You should be excellent at doing research.

You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT, and other cloud-based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.

However, we will train you regarding our systems, products, and customers so you can apply your skills to help us achieve our mission.

Employment Type
This is a full-time role, and we’re not looking for an agency.

Salary Range: 28,000 to 40,000
