Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using the Shopify platform, with a focus on order management, refund processing, and addressing customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing customer service through both email support and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Platform Expertise:
Process order changes, including refunding orders and modifying shipping addresses.
File DMCA complaints against competitors that steal our content

Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email support.
Address customer concerns, questions, and feedback to ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries.

Social Media Management:
Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media platforms.
Engage with customers through private messages, providing assistance and information as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to address customer inquiries on social media on time

Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience working with the Shopify platform, with a focus on order management and customer support.
Previous experience in email support and social media customer service.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with customers.
Ability to speak, write, and understand English at an advanced level.

Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges quickly.

Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using various software tools and platforms related to ecommerce and customer service.
