Journey Decor, a rapidly growing and innovative home decor brand, is seeking a skilled and organized Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our brand from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant for Journey Decor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, emailing influencers to initiate and complete campaigns, creating orders in shopify, managing content organization, and providing exceptional customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer emails promptly and providing accurate information and solutions
Work with other team members to resolve customer issues
Collaborating with influencers through email to coordinate campaigns and ensure timely delivery of products
Creating orders in Shopify and assigning them to our makers for fulfillment
Saving and organizing influencer content in Google Drive
Maintain and excel sheet to track influencer campaigns by month
Proactively contacting customers to keep them informed of any delays or changes regarding their orders
Updating product photo listings with branded images received from influencers
Screening and organizing email applications for other job postings within the company
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
A collaborative attitude and ability to work well within a team
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly
