Responsibilities
Serve as first point of contact for customer service
Manage CRM entries and updates
Email management and organization
Manage appointments and calendars
Make travel arrangements
Create and improve workflow processes
Prepare and maintain customer documents, internal records, spreadsheets and reports
Manage communication on social media networks
Update company website and affiliate sites as needed
Project assistance and coordination
Event planning and coordination
Additional tasks not listed may be assigned
Desired Skills
Experience as an assistant working for C-level executives and entrepreneurs
Desktop sharing and cloud services (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft One Drive)
Preferred: experience working with CRM software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Office and Excel)
Experience managing online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Professional phone and email communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
Agile and willing to learn on the fly
High level of integrity and autonomy
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Required
At least 2 years of administrative support preferred
A reliable computer with webcam, high speed internet, Microsoft Office installed and video meeting capability
Smart phone and email address
Designated, quiet workspace
Job Type: Part-time (at least 15 hours per week) or Full- time (at least 32 hours)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Business hours: Monday – Friday; 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
