Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic recruiting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews across different US time zones, communicating with candidates to source resumes, and assisting with research on AI tools and ATS/CRM software to enhance our recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team by handling emails, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
2. Candidate Communication: Communicate with potential candidates via email and other platforms, providing them with relevant information about job opportunities, requirements, and the recruitment process.
3. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
4. Documentation: Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents, including resumes, cover letters, and interview notes.
5. Research: Conduct research on AI tools and ATS/CRM software to identify technologies that can enhance our recruiting processes. Provide summaries and recommendations based on research findings.
6. Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between candidates and the recruitment team, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in recruitment or administrative roles within the recruiting industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools and software – AI tools, ATS, and CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in LinkedIn. Content Creation (aka finding good articles in our industry to share on social media), Social media sharing tools like Buffer or Metricool, MS Office 365 or Google Sheets/Doc
