Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist with the management of short term rental properties and property investments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in customer service. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all short term rental properties are rented out to appropriate tenants, that guests have a positive experience, and that any issues that arise are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Responding to guest inquiries and bookings via email, phone, and/or messaging apps
Coordinating check-ins and check-outs of guests, including key exchanges and property inspections
Scheduling cleaning and maintenance services as needed
Monitoring occupancy rates and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly
Handling payments, refunds, and security deposits
Search for new deals including cold calling
Responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records of rental agreements, guest communications, and property maintenance
Assisting with marketing efforts to increase bookings and revenue

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with short term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and Click to view
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Knowledge of property management software and tools (e.g. Guesty, Smartbnb) is a plus
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
This is a remote, part-time position that requires availability on weekends and holidays. The pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
