Job Description

We are a father-daughter duo running two businesses (one a digital membership and coaching service; the other a management company, both in the USA.)

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to be an integral part of our team.

Moving from part time (20 hours) to full time (40 hours) is a distinct possibility.

No big corporation here, just two people serving customers and developing profitable businesses.

We need someone who will help us organize, keep on track, develop business systems and work with us to scale our businesses. Attention to detail and a desire to learn are qualities we value for this position.

We use a variety of tools: Keap/infusionsoft, google docs, auction websites, Paypal, Quickbooks, WordPress, Inmotionhosting, Facebook groups and pages, one click upsell, google adwords, got-meeting, zoom, leadpages, customized software, letter stream and pdf and video editing to name a few.

We will provide adequate training and guidance.

We are committed to building your experience and skill level and enhancing your profile.

We are looking not so much for someone with specific skills but someone who is smart, speaks great English and is willing to learn and grow with us.

We will consider only those who have taken the Disc Profile, IQ Test and the English Proficiency Test.

Starting pay will be determined in conversation considering your experience, median pay for Virtual Assistants and other factors.

If you become a valued member of our time you can expect pay raises.

We offer 13th month payment.

We offer one week paid vacation per quarter after the first quarter.

We consider your national or local Holidays and other issues specific to your culture. We have contributed financially for a crisis (i.e. natural disasters.) We have also have assisted with local Filipino charities and needs.
