Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with exceptional English skills to support our rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will be tasked with a range of duties, utilizing AI technology, particularly ChatGPT, to streamline processes and improve efficiency. In addition to routine tasks, the VA will be expected to handle various other assignments as needed and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). (flexible +/- 2 hours or with long break in-between)

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management: Using a specific prompt developed within ChatGPT, conduct research with a secondary AI to create titles for videos. Process these titles through ChatGPT to generate a refined title and a description, which will then be used when uploading videos to YouTube. In-depth training will be provided for this process.
Social Media Management: Repost video content and descriptions across all our social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.

Email Marketing: Be in charge of running an email marketing campaign by creating and sending out emails every single day. Use content from our PDF and link digital video content. Utilize ChatGPT to devise creative campaign ideas and formats.
SEO & Blog Management: Using content from our PDF ebook, work with ChatGPT to create engaging blog post articles. This role will contribute to our broader SEO campaign to improve website visibility and traffic.

Website Chat Support: Act as the first point of contact for any queries or messages received through our website’s chat box, ensuring a prompt and professional response.

Live Trading Room Support: Be an active participant in the live trading room, providing assistance to the broadcaster and members as needed. This may include locating and linking files, facilitating sales, or responding to queries.

Misc Tasks: Execute on any other random tasks or assignments that may arise, as per business requirements.
Requirements:

Proficient in English with excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with AI technology, particularly ChatGPT (training will be provided).
Able to handle large file uploads; an internet speed test should be submitted along with the application.
Comfortable learning and mastering new technology and systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
