Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and copying existing listings from our marketplace to other platforms such as Facebook, OfferUp, and eBay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, answering product queries, and providing exceptional customer service via chat.

Responsibilities:

Copy and paste listings from Golfstix to other online marketplaces.
Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products.
Maintain high standards of customer service and respond promptly to chat queries.
Organize and track listings using Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Suggest improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service and data entry.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel.
Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to new processes.
Full-time availability, aligned with Pacific Standard Time.
Compensation:
