Title: Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Administrative Support)

Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in various administrative tasks including social media management, data entry, inventory management, presentations, reporting, scheduling, finance tracking, customer outreach, and more. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking. Experience with QuickBooks, data analysis, email management, and graphic design/video editing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
– Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
– Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
– Track social media performance and suggest strategies for improvement.

2. Administrative Support:
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
– Manage inventory, update records, and coordinate with suppliers.
– Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars effectively.

3. Financial Management:
– Maintain and update finance trackers, including expenses, invoices, and payments.
– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
– Work with QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and generate reports.

4. Customer Outreach:
– Assist in finding and reaching out to potential customers through email campaigns and other outreach methods.
– Maintain customer databases and track communication for follow-ups.

5. Data Analysis:
– Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
– Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis.

6. Email Management:
– Monitor and manage incoming emails, responding promptly and appropriately.
– Organize emails, prioritize tasks, and follow up on important correspondence.

7. Graphic Design and Video Editing (Optional):
– Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials.
– Edit videos for social media and promotional purposes.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
– Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial management.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
– Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
– Zoho CRM Experience also desirable
