The Cleaning Crew is a growing residential cleaning company that prides itself on delivering top-notch services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team remotely.

Position Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant at The Cleaning Crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Conducting research on various topics and compiling information for strategic decision-making.
* Answering phone calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
* Following up with customers after our house cleaners have provided their services, ensuring their satisfaction and collecting feedback.
* Collaborating on various projects during downtime, such as creating Standard Operating Procedures, Templates, and contributing to the management of our Etsy store.
* Managing our social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
* Utilizing a VPN for secure online activities and protecting sensitive data.

Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a virtual setting.
* Proficiency in using technology, including email, phone systems, and various software tools.
* Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, and social media management is preferred.
* Familiarity with creating and managing online stores, such as Etsy, is a plus.
