As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This position reports directly to our Director in the UK.

Work Schedule:
Your working hours will align with UK business hours (9am-5pm).
4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am (Philippine time) depending on Daylight Saving Time.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize administrative tasks, including data entry on platforms like Excel/Google Sheets and various CRMs and databases.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills.
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.

Ability to work independently and in a virtual setup.

Background in administrative roles.
Familiarity with IT concepts.
Experience working remotely or in a virtual setup.

Monthly salary ranging from Php 25,000 to 35,000, paid bi-weekly.
