About Us: Stush Beauty is a vibrant and innovative beauty brand dedicated to promoting and educating customers about our range of high-quality beauty products. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us expand our online presence and manage our day-to-day operations.
Job Title: Virtual Assistant
Pay: $250 USD/week, 20 HR/week
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
-Create and schedule engaging social media content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
-Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Content Creation:
-Create blog posts using ChatGPT, find relevant free stock images, and schedule posts for the following week.
-Edit and schedule social media posts for the next seven days across all platforms.
Customer Support:
-Respond to emails and offer support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
Sales Outreach:
-Research and identify the top beauty retailers and contact them
-Create and manage email sales campaigns targeted at retail buyers
Email and Ad Management:
-Manage email campaigns, including drafting up press releases for key business milestones.
-Work on email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our customer base.
Influencer Management:
-Collaborate with influencers and talent management agencies to promote our products.
-Handle influencer management, ensuring all campaigns are executed effectively.
Product Photography:
-Take and edit high-quality photos of products for marketing and social media use.
Additional Responsibilities:
-Send a weekly email detailing daily activities, successes, and challenges.
-Participate in bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the management team.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
-Familiarity with Apollo and Lusha for sales outreach and email campaigns.
-Basic photography and photo editing skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
