As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including social media management, call handling, and other administrative duties to enhance our online presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
• Create and curate engaging content for our TikTok and Twitter accounts to attract and engage our target audience.
• Schedule and post content regularly, including informative posts, customer testimonials, and promotional material.
• Monitor comments, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
2. Call Handling:
• Receive and handle incoming calls from potential customers, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
• Provide information about our credit repair services, answer questions, and guide callers through the initial inquiry process.
• Forward qualified leads to our sales team for follow-up.
3. Administrative Tasks:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and document organization.
• Conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities or marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
4. Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Assist in managing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to keep customer data up to date.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall success of our credit repair business.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
