– WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR –
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, go through training and help a part of our new team. Base tasks are simple as punching in numbers in Google Sheet, doing some research when asked etc. But also there is a second part where you will be assisting with online marketing tasks.

If you are inexperienced with online marketing, that is totally fine. You will still be paid during the training, and you won’t be managing anything difficult. You will be working along side with your mentor and assist on basic and easy tasks.

– VA IDEAL CHARACTER –
We are looking for someone who are willing to help grow the company and go that extra mile to get things done or help with tasks.
We want our VA to have great work ethics and really be someone who is ‘in it with us’ and a go-getter. Someone who is able to think out of the box and can work smart and not only hard.
We are careful of providing our staffs a great working environment so you should feel right at home, and since we’re a team we want you to be able to show your true colors 🙂

– ABOUT US –
We are a premium handmade beef jerky business located in Honolulu, Hawaii and our beef jerky is a very unique kind of beef jerky. Every jerky is not only handmade but also very thin and crispy unlike the traditional wet and chewy kind beef jerky. It eats more like chips rather than dried tough meat. People say it “melts” in your mouth!
Also the beef we use is Premium USDA Choice Angus Beef and we carefully select the cut to provide the best quality of meat for our customers.

Paradise Jerky has been around for almost a decade now but the original owner “Uncle Bobby” who invented this crispy beef jerky, retired a few years ago and his nephew – who was always in love with Uncle Bobby’s crispy beef jerky, wanted it back in business very bad that he trained for a whole year with Uncle Bobby to perfect the beef jerky and reopened Paradise Jerky!

Now, we are on our journey to spread the word that we’re back in business not only locally as it was before, but now using online platforms, tools, and ads to tackle the world to show and provide the new experience of premium beef jerky chips from Paradise Jerky.

– WHY/HOW WORKING WITH US WILL BENEFIT YOU –
1. Working in a new online company will make you put on so many hats (e.g. Excel, emails, marketing, design, research, some math here and there etc) and so many new (and highly demand = expensive) skill sets under your belt.
2. You will have full and direct attention from the General Manager/Marketing Director and also the CEO whereas staffs and VA’s that come later on will not have that opportunity. Future VA’s will most likely be trained by you instead.
3. Your employer and supervisor is always going to be doing their best to make sure you’re enjoying working with the company.
4. We allow a pretty flexible schedule so if you need a day off, or a vacation etc we understand as long as you let us know beforehand.
5. You will always be challenged with new tasks that will always better you and your skills, instead of always doing the same thing over and over again and not seeing any improvements or passion in work.
