We’re looking for someone to join our team on a FULL-TIME basis – we’re based in Australia, but our team is 100% remote.

We’re interested in hiring people from anywhere worldwide, including Europe, the Philippines, South America, or Asia.

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our email marketing activities, as well as support my podcast and social media platforms.

If you have a passion for helping people transform their lives, and possess the skills to assist in managing email campaigns and podcast-related tasks, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities –

Email Marketing:

Upload and send email campaigns through various email service provider (ESP) accounts, including Klaviyo.

Coordinate with clients to gather email content, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Monitor and maintain email lists, segmentations, and subscriber data.

Perform quality checks to ensure emails are error-free and compliant with industry standards.

Assist in tracking and analyzing email performance metrics.

Communicate effectively with clients and promptly address their email marketing needs.

Conduct research on Chat GPT or other ai platforms to help build out email content.

Podcast Support:

Upload recorded podcast episodes to hosting platforms.

Create eye-catching graphics and episode thumbnails.

Assist with scheduling podcast release dates and show notes.

Manage and post on social media platforms related to the podcast.

Generate media packs and promotional materials.

Identify potential podcast sponsors and assist in outreach (training provided).

Help in other podcast-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in email marketing, ESPs (Klaviyo experience is a plus), or podcast management is beneficial.

A strong passion for helping people.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Proficiency in using email marketing tools, podcast hosting platforms and social media (training provided if needed).

Graphic design skills and social media management experience are a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

You’re willing to ask for help.

Must be available for full-time hours Monday to Friday

*Benefits*

Depending on experience, the salary is ?28,000PHP to ?37,000PHP per month, with flexible hours working Monday to Friday (No weekend work, no super early mornings, or no late nights unless you prefer that for your schedule).

Raises and bonuses are given depending on performance.

15 days paid holiday leave each year.

Key public holidays off in your country of residence (and still get paid).

7 days sick leave, pro rata.

After 6 months, maternity and paternity leave options are available.
