We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in the affiliate marketing industry and a strong skill set in digital technologies to join our team.
Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Salary: $3.00 to $5.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing Management
Assist with the creation and management of affiliate campaigns.
Monitor and track affiliate performance and provide periodic reports.
Research and engage with potential new affiliate partnerships.
Digital Technology Operations
Oversee the use, management, and troubleshooting of autoresponders.
Integrate and manage SMPT and API systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
Design and oversee the creation of opt-in pages for campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for conversions.
Social Media Management
Manage and monitor the company’s YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
Create, schedule, and post relevant content on various platforms, ensuring alignment with affiliate marketing campaigns.
Engage with users, answer questions, and maintain a positive brand image.
Administrative Tasks
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among team members.
Handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to affiliate marketing campaigns.
Provide timely updates and feedback to the management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing.
Extensive knowledge of autoresponders, SMPT, and API integrations.
Experience with the creation and management of opt-in pages.
Proficient in managing YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
