Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have experience in handling tasks on a weekly basis, possess
great English communication skills, must have experience with Instacart,
Surepay Payroll, Amazon, Indeed, Workforce, Slack, other once a month
typed websites for paying invoices and be able to work within the PST time
zone.
*Responsibilities:
– Conduct weekly tasks such as: Ordering groceries, supplies.
– Updating and keeping current Payroll transaction and handling changes.
-Adding new employees to Slack and to all the public channels.
-Uploading documents into Google drive.
-Ordering name badges.
-Paying different invoices for different vendors.
-Sending out blast text message to all placement agent when an available
room comes up.
-Time sheet adjustments and updating as needed.
– Ordering testing for Employees (LivScan, Physical or TB test)
*Requirements:
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Proven experience to handle all tasks.
– Great English verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to work effectively within the PST (8am-6pm) time zone.
– Proficiency in using Apps such as (Slack, Workforce, Instacart, Amazon,
Surepay Payroll (web based)) to track and manage all tasks
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Must provide recordings of similar range of tasks.
