Job Description

We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in administrative tasks and comfortable working in a remote setting. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Perfect Resume’s day-to-day activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input data into various systems. This may include updating SharePoint records, entering new information into spreadsheets, and maintaining the integrity of the data you work with.
Resume/Cover Letter Formatting: You will be responsible for copying and pasting content from original resumes onto new, professionally designed templates. Attention to detail is critical to maintain the accuracy and quality of the information.
Social Media Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies. This may involve creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience on different social media platforms.
SEO and Yoast: Utilize SEO best practices and Yoast SEO tools to enhance website visibility and improve content ranking in search engine results.
Document Preparation and Management: Prepare, manage, and organise documents. This may involve formatting documents, using ChatGTP to create new content, and ensuring all materials are readily accessible and well-organised.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed. This could include processing emails and other ad-hoc duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in data entry, social media marketing, or administrative roles is advantageous.
Mandatory Requirements
Must have a Windows-based computer/laptop that can run Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Availability within a regular 4-hour window between 7 am – 3 pm Monday to Friday
