Virtual Assistant with Inbound Sales Background

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant with a great background in sales, particularly inbound sales, to join our house cleaning service business located in the USA. The ideal candidate will be able to field inbound sales calls from customer marketing such as Google Local Service Ads (LSA), using the booking software called Booking Koala.

The position is full-time, and the pay is $5/hr. The successful candidate must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with clients, which is critical in building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls from various marketing sources such as Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
Coordinate day to day operations with house cleaning service providers
Recruit, interview & onboard new service providers
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with recent new customers to schedule repeat business and solicit reviews
Must be able to manage the Booking Koala software to ensure proper scheduling of appointments
Ensure timely communication with customers through email, phone, or chat
Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:

A proven track record of success in inbound sales, preferably in a house cleaning service business
Must be proficient in using the Booking Koala software
Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language
Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently
Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
