Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Virtual Assistant to join our residential cleaning company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming calls, handling sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business from the comfort of your own workspace.
Responsibilities:
Answering Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for our residential cleaning company by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Sales Inquiries: Engage with potential customers to understand their cleaning needs, provide information about our services, and guide them through the sales process.
Lead Generation: Actively seek and identify sales leads through effective communication and follow-up with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for cleaning services based on customer preferences and our availability.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Accurately record customer information, service requests, and other relevant details in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including cleaning crews and management, to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
Customer Service Oriented: A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
