Position: Virtual Assistant

Description:

I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support in both personal and professional tasks. This is a new position, and as such, the requirements and tasks are flexible. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong research abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing productivity and maintaining a well-organized personal and professional life. This position is part-time for now but could expand to full-time in the near future.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments and manage a daily schedule.

Email Management:
Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails as necessary.

Virtual Receptionist:
Make outbound calls to local vendors

Household and Maintenance Management:
Coordinate cleaning services, lawn care, and vehicle maintenance.

Travel Coordination:
Plan trips including finding cheap flights, hotels, and activities.

Financial Management:
Create and maintain a personal budget.
Pay bills and manage personal finances.

Document Preparation:
Create, proofread, and edit written materials.

Research Tasks:
Conduct various research tasks as required.

Personal Online Shopping:
Handle online shopping tasks.

Event Planning:
Plan and organize events such as birthdays and other celebrations.

Requirements:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
High level of English competency

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Ability to manage personal and professional calendars effectively.
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting tools.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
