About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, handling influencer order management and asset filing, and supporting customer service when needed, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
What we offer:
– Starting salary of $400 – $450 USD

Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination:
– Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing for changes in packaging, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that optimize cost-efficiency.
– Serve as the intermediary between suppliers and internal teams, conveying packaging details and facilitating communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
Influencer Management:
– Supporting Shopify order processing for influencers.
– Keeping tracking information up-to-date.
– Filing influencer assets correctly into Google Drive.
Customer Support:
– Assist with responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email.
– Provide courteous and prompt assistance to ensure a positive customer experience and uphold brand reputation.
Requirements:
– Proven experience working in e-commerce operations, preferably in a virtual assistant or similar role.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers.
– Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of order management and coordination.
– Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
– Ability to troubleshoot problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions.
– Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
