About The Role
We need an organized Executive Assistant (Female) who knows about sales, can manage emails and schedules, handle files in Google Drive, and create presentations. You’ll work with our leaders to improve our company.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the sales team to assist in managing leads, client communications, and sales-related documentation.
– Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist in sales inquiries and customer interactions effectively.
– Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
– Help organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events.
– Monitor and prioritize executive email correspondence, responding to or forwarding messages as necessary.
– Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate conference calls.
– Anticipate scheduling conflicts and provide solutions to ensure optimal time management.
– Organize, maintain, and update various documents and files on Google Drive.
– Ensure documents are properly categorized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to the team.
– Collaborate with team members to compile and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
– Utilize advanced skills in presentation software to create visually appealing and impactful presentations.
– Translate complex data and information into clear and engaging visual formats.
– Work closely with executives to develop presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, and conferences.
– Provide administrative support to the executive team, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and general office tasks.
– Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Skills And Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Strong proficiency in email management, calendar coordination, and time management.
– Advanced skills in G-Suite and CRMs, particularly Google Sheets and Slides.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Resourceful problem solver with a proactive mindset.
– Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate professionally with clients.
