We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Virtual Assistant to join our team, specifically specializing in working with the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).
Job Description: As a Personal Virtual Assistant specializing in the Entrepreneurs Organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Board of Directors and the Chapter Director. You will act as the primary point of contact for the EO Board Chair, assisting them with various tasks to ensure their Board position runs smoothly. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information will be crucial to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact and provide virtual administrative support to Entrepreneurs Organization Board Chairs.
• Manage and maintain the EO Board Chairs’ calendars, schedules, and appointments.
• Prepare and organize necessary documents, reports, and presentations for EO Board Chairs.
• Conduct research, receive training, and gather information on relevant topics for EO Board Chairs
• Assist in managing email correspondence, filtering, and prioritizing incoming messages.
• Manage or execute any CRM Maintenance in the organization.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating EO events, meetings, and conferences.
• Collaborate with other Board Chairs to ensure seamless operations and member satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and news to provide informed assistance to EO Board Chairs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably working with high-level entrepreneurs.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurs Organization and its Core Values is highly desirable. Refer to for this information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as email, chat platforms, and video conferencing.
• High level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in completing tasks.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using productivity tools, project management software, and online research.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.

Details:
• Work schedule up to 20 hours per week (US Time Zone)
• Ability to grow into a 40 hour a week position.
• $3.75/hr USD
