gtxn Co is a fintech startup providing currency exchange solutions for clients in the emerging markets.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The candidate will play a pivotal role in our company’s success by providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives. You will be responsible for managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, handling confidential information, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom & Skype. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, be resourceful, innovative and proactive to support the executives of the company. Being able to think independently is highly valued and you need to have good communication skills to share information efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
– Efficiently manage executives calendars, including scheduling & coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes and prioritizing conflicting demands to maintain a well-organized schedule.
– Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodation, venue bookings, transportation, etc to ensure seamless travel experiences.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives with external stakeholders and manage general internal communications with the team.
– Create, edit and format documents, presentations, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
– Maintain an orderly and complete filing system of all c documentation on Notion, GDrive and Salesforce, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
– Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, conducting research, preparing summaries, and providing administrative support as needed.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with internal team members, external stakeholders, and clients, fostering effective collaboration and communication

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative or a similar field.
– Minimum of 4 years experience in an administrative role, with at least 2 years reporting to C-level executives.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
– Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of work.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
– Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic start-up environment.
– Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
