Virtual Assistant

It is basically having a voice conversations between me and the interested candidate over BOTIM mobile app (this app similar to WhatsApp however since the latter its voice calling feature is blocked in UAE, we will use BOTIM instead)

Background:

My work I do for a living is a remedial and recovery manager at a financial institution so I mainly deal with defaulted customers.

Defaulted customers are the ones who do not pay their dues on time or do not pay at all.

They are in general rude in nature, aggressive and hostile and refuses to cooperate easily

On daily basis during my work, I go through verbal abuse like: treated rudely, hear insults, get humiliated and belittled.

Unfortunately, at my real work we are using recorded land lines and as human being I have a tolerance level and when it is maxed out I start to commit errors (like losing temper, talk rudely back, raise my voice, etc.) and this eventually are being used by these clients against me when they raise an official complaint, which ultimately will lead for me getting a warning letter and maybe lose my job if repeated.

The main goal to achieve from this task is to improve my tolerance, endurance, and patience levels.

So it is required from the candidate to portray an impolite person in general and by acting rude, aggressive, and hostile to push my limits and improve my levels in the areas I mentioned above

The candidate will be granted full freedom to talk in whatever way necessary (mock me, laugh at me, treat me rudely, throw attitude and insults at me) to provoke me and to cause me to lose my calmness and patience.

This would be the core objective of the candidate and the objective is to remain calm and not to react and prevent the candidate from succeeding in achieving her core objective.
