**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing weekly reports, compiling guest emails, composing follow-up emails, and managing email marketing campaigns. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Report Review and Analysis:**
– Review weekly reports and summarize key findings for owners and managers.
– Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
– Prepare and present a comprehensive weekly report.

2. **Email Management:**
– Compile guest emails from various sources.
– Compose and send follow-up emails to guests.
– Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

3. **Email Marketing:**
– Manage and execute email marketing campaigns.
– Create engaging and relevant email content.
– Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

4. **Administrative Support:**
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
– Maintain and organize digital files and records.
– Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
– Familiarity with report generation and analysis.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Experience in the hospitality industry.
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
