The Elevated Coaching Collective is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our social media, lead generation and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, has an eye for marketing, and is fluent in English.
This is a part-time position at 20 hours a week with an opportunity to grow into a full time role.
Paid $5-8 p/h, payment via an agreed method.
Responsibilities
Chase payment failures and manage sending invoices to clients.
Update company KPI scorecard regularly.
Optimize the calendar and coordinate with clients for any changes in schedule.
Manage content uploads to the members’ portal and post weekly updates in Circle.
Facilitate the client feedback process, including sending forms and chasing up testimonials.
Coordinate client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Send out gifts to new clients and manage birthday wishes within the community.
Engage on social media by liking, commenting, and messaging.
Handle various administrative tasks including payment links and email list management.
Repost content across platforms
Design carousels from written posts and schedule
Repost blogs to Medium and manage podcast uploads and optimization
File and organise testimonials and screenshots
Perform basic editing tasks
Prompt communication within the team to resolve issues
Ensure SOP’s are being followed and upheld
Assist in the creation of SOP’s where necessary/needed
Attend all team meetings
Requirements:
Project Management and Quality Assurance:
Demonstrated ability in completing projects on time while upholding the highest standards. This includes a focus on quality control and effective project management skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. The ability to interact effectively and empathetically with team members and clients is crucial.
Autonomy and Team Collaboration:
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, managing projects, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision. At the same time, knows when to seek help from team members and values collaborative problem-solving.
Time Management and Organizational Skills:
Exhibits strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment. Maintains a balance among multiple priorities without compromising quality or efficiency.
Proactive and Coachable:
Proactively identifies and addresses potential issues before they escalate. Open to ongoing training and committed to continuous personal and professional development. Views challenges and client feedback as opportunities for growth.
Technical Proficiency and Adaptability:
Skilled in social media engagement, content management, podcast and YouTube uploading and optimization. Familiar with Stripe and possesses basic video editing knowledge. Eager to learn and adapt to various software tools and platforms as needed.
Work Ethic and Discretion:
Able to work under pressure and handle a variety of tasks and confidential matters with discretion. Maintains a positive attitude, viewing client dissatisfaction not as a burden but as an opportunity for improvement.
