Hours: 8-10 hours per day
Compensation: $3 per hour (starting rate, with potential for increase based on performance)
Contract: Long-term
Days Off: 1 day off per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our e-commerce team. This is a long-term contract position that requires a commitment of at least 8 hours per day, with the possibility of working up to 10 hours. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Management:

Create, edit, and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up-to-date.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Order Processing:

Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Inventory Management:

Keep track of stock levels and update inventory records.
Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.

Marketing Support:

Assist in executing email marketing campaigns.
Help manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other relevant data.
Generate regular reports to track performance metrics.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle various administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
