Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within our content creation pipeline. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining the quality of work. The candidate must be extremely tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments, and provide reminders.

Perform quality control on video edits and provide constructive feedback to the editing team.

Help manage communications on projects between different teams to ensure clarity and timely execution.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports.

Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Assist in planning and coordinating team events or conferences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, in particular).

Familiarity with project management tools such as .

Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.

Exceptional technological proficiency and ability to adapt to new digital tools quickly.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
