PHILIPPINES WANTED: EMAIL and TEXT Customer Support
We run Shopify stores where we sell products to clients worldwide.
Your role will be to manage and answer customer questions via email and a texting app we give you. You will handle returns, complaints and look up tracking numbers and the order status aswell answer emails and texts to get their phone number and put all info into our CRM system (trello).
All customer requests need to be dealt with in a timely manner within 24 hours. It is
very important when dealing with clients that you provide the BEST support as
possible and treat them with the most respect possible. This will be a long term job
please apply if you would be committed to 1 hour a day for 7 days a week.
You will get access to email, Facebook and Shopify accounts so you can do your
job.
Training will be through videos and Skype chat.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer support emails, chat messages
2. Answer customer support Facebook messages
3. Reply to customer comments on Facebook posts
4. Update tasks in Asana & Shopify
5. Follow up to make sure problem has been resolved.
6. Communicate with other team members on Zoom & Trello
Must Have Requirements:
– VERY GOOD ENGLISH SKILLS – must be very good in English including
excellent writing, grammar, and spelling.
– PROBLEM SOLVER – One huge problem these days is too many focus on the
problem. You will need to always find a solution no matter what problem may arise.
– RESPECTFUL – It is vital that you treat all customers with the most respect. As an
Asian-American myself, I do know our values are very similar but just want to
remind you.
– RELIABLE – When it’s time to work and get things done you do it. We will not
tolerate being late and/or not complete the day’s task.
– MUST BE: Experienced with Shopify, email & chat support, and Facebook.
An ideal candidate would:
– Have experience with Shopify, Asana, Facebook, Zopim
– Have experience working through channels like Shopify to resolve customer order
issues as an admin
– Be able to mirror our tone and style in new emails
– Be able to resolve customer’s issues quickly!
– Needs to be a team player!
