Order Inventory Management:
Monitor and track inventory levels across multiple suppliers and platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records and databases.
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Assist customers with order-related questions, concerns, and issues.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Product Sourcing and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trending baby and toddler products.
Source new suppliers and establish strong relationships to expand product offerings.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Product Listing Creation:
Create compelling and accurate product listings with high-quality images and engaging descriptions.
Optimize product titles, keywords, and categories to improve visibility and search rankings.
Ensure product listings are up to date with accurate pricing, inventory levels, and relevant information.
Database Entry:
Enter and update product data, customer information, and other relevant data into the company’s databases or CRM system.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity, performing regular quality checks.
Handling Returns and Payments:
Process returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with the company’s return policy.
Manage payment-related inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and coordinate with the finance department as needed.
Supplier Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, lead times, and order updates.
Address any supplier-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Amazon FBA Experience:
Possess hands-on experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) processes and operations.
Knowledge of managing FBA inventory, creating FBA shipments, and navigating the Amazon Seller Central platform.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA guidelines, policies, and best practices for optimizing product listings and maximizing sales.
