Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and seamless functioning of our cleaning teams. You’ll engage in a variety of tasks, gradually specializing in specific responsibilities as you become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Task Coordination: Efficiently manage cleaning teams, oversee administrative duties, handle incoming and outbound calls, and play a pivotal role in task management.
Outreach Initiatives: Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to drive business growth and expand our clientele base.
Efficient Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and effective time management while working remotely, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Workload Prioritization: Handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines effectively, prioritizing workload for optimal efficiency.
Client Interaction: Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Proficiency in Tools: Utilize various software and technology tools including Google Workspace, BookingKoala, JustCall, GOhighlevel, Twilio, QuickBooks, Loom, Zapier, and social media management platforms to streamline operations.
Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit problem-solving abilities by troubleshooting technical issues encountered while working remotely, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Data Security Compliance: Uphold strict confidentiality and security measures to safeguard clients’ sensitive information while working remotely.
Client Service Excellence: Handle difficult client requests or complaints effectively, providing exemplary customer service and conflict resolution.
Interpersonal Skills: Foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues in a virtual team environment, contributing to a harmonious work atmosphere.
Flexibility & Availability: Display flexibility in scheduling and availability, ensuring client needs and deadlines are met effectively, even during non-traditional hours if required.
Additional Requirements:
Short Video Introduction (Optional): Candidates may submit a short video introducing themselves and articulating their interest in joining Sydney Luxury Cleaning Services (Max duration: 2 minutes).
Professional Background: Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in the virtual assistant role, showcasing exemplary skills and achievements. Providing a portfolio example will be considered a bonus in the application process.
